Areas of Practice

Attorney Brooks handles all nature of criminal and traffic cases in both state and Federal Court. I am licensed to practice in Virginia, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the Fourth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. I am also available to handle cases in the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia and have acted as local counsel for out-of-state attorneys in cases in the United States District Court.

I handle both state and federal appeals and have handled more than 20 cases in the Fourth Circuit and around 10 cases in the U.S. Supreme Court. I have handled numerous cases in both the Court of Appeals of Virginia and the Supreme Court of Virginia. I am happy to review your case and will accept referrals from other attorneys for appellate representation.
